Sonar problem

My 2023 hybrid sport touring right front sonar is seeing things that aren’t there. It works correctly and then also flags objects that don’t exist. I haven’t hit anything although I suppose someone might have backed into me when parked on the street - although I almost never park on the street. This has been going on for a week or so. Mostly annoying. Should I go to the dealer?
