I’m 22M. Never had a girlfriend or even been on a date and I don’t have any friends. I think I’m quite good looking and people always say that I’m a nice person. The issue is being introverted and a shy.

I feel a bit ashamed with myself and I want to try to improve things. I was thinking about going onto a dating app but I’m not sure what to expect from them. Are dating apps good for people like me?
