Question Regarding Downloading Creation Club Stuff

I have the bundle purchased but I haven’t booted up Fallout 4 at all since the update. From what I’ve read, to not completely stuff up the game, I’m only mean to go in and download whatever creation club item I want but never to download all of them at once something along those lines, is that right? Forgive me if I ain’t I’m tired af rn.

If the select individual creations wanted to be activated, the only creations I want are all the new weapons, armor, gameplay, etc and none of the skins except for one power armor skin, would that work alright?

I just got done with building my new LO and I’m just trying to figure out exactly want to do and not do with the CC stuff so I can go right in with a plan and get ti playing. Any other helpful tips that might relate to this that you think I need, lemme know :)
