I am a British citizen finishing my masters in the Uk. I would like to do a Phd either in the US or somewhere in Europe.

Where can I find places advertising their Phd programmes. I have portuguese citizenship, which would make the EU easy. But would also like to explore options in the US.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated too.
