really sick interview dinner.

The short of it is I am traveling for a on-site interview at a large Hospital system last night they took me out to dinner at a steakhouse and the state they served was not medium there were parts of it that I'm pretty sure were raw.

I have had vomiting and diarrhea all night. I don't know what to do because I have a full day of interviews including a presentation ahead of me today do I tell them? Do I try to tough it out? I don't know what to do because I've been running back and forth to the bathroom a lot .
