What is Cipher best role now?

I feel like Cipher debuffing ability is not as good compared to the novaflared characters (OG Silverwolf, Welt) to be Acheron support. And her damage is either not strong enough or doesn't happen often enough to be considered as a main dos. So what would be her best team nowadays? I used to use her in Acheron team (Acheron, Cipher, Silverwolf, Aventurine). But I find myself replacing Cipher with Welt more often now after his novaflare. I like Cipher as a character and I want to use her more. But how and where?
