DAE get violent diarrhoea and extreme pelvic pain post orgasm?

I’m diagnosed with stage 2 after my laparoscopy in feb this year. So far healing has been great and I’ve had no symptoms of my endo at all!! Just today though I had an orgasm (external) and had extreme pelvic pain and bowel movement, which is exactly what I used to have before I was diagnosed. The pain is so bad I’m almost vomiting, sweating, on the verge of fainting and unable to get up off the floor.
