Passport photo & weight loss

Has anyone had to redo their passport photo due to their weight loss? Have lost 25kg and I don’t think I look that different - people still know it is me, but what if I get to the customs queue,or worse to my holiday destination, and they don’t know it is me? Is there some way you can get your passport checked prior?
