How's career prospects for Aquarius descent having sun, mercury (vakra), mars and Moon in the 10th house?

I'm currently facing an unsatisfied career path and career has been unstable. New opportunities are getting knocked in its own. When will I achieve overall success? Aquaris descent, Jupiter in 7th house, kethu in 5th and Venus in 9th. Currently in kethu mahadasa. Can provide more details if needed.
