AYN Thor shipped May 26, tracking not working through 17track. I'm in the EU, Portugal

Hey guys! So I ordered my Batch 5 AYN Thor back in early April and it finally shipped this past Tueday, May 26th. However I'm a bit concerned because when I click the tracking link on the AYN Thor site it takes me to a website "https://t.17track.net/" and ever since it shipped 2 days ago I only ever get a "A tracking timeout error has occurred. Please retry." error message. I'm trying to keep an eye on it because I'm going to be on a trip for a few days starting tomorrow and want to monitor it. I'm in the EU, Portugal to be specific. Anyone have any experience with this? Is it normal for the tracking number to not bring back any information 2 days after it shipped, or should I be contacting support? Thanks in advance!
