Authentication

Over the past few weeks my team have been seeing a lot of pipeline invoke failures with the error message "Operation returned an invalid status code 'BadRequest'"

The fix seems to be updating anything on the pipeline, which then allows the pipeline or invoke to run.

Has anyone experienced this? I'm wondering if it's something to do with my companies MFA reauthentication policy
