When will Ikon and Winner make a comeback?

Hello guys, I really miss Ikon and Winner. I also checked the Wikipedia and both artists' discographies did not show anything new. Are the members on hiatus or military enlistment? I really love their albums because I am also a BIGBANG fan. If not the groups, then any idea about the members releasing songs?
