Query on car manufacturing

Hi guys,

I booked a car with Tata in May, and the dealer had promised me a May-manufactured car. However, when he shared the VIN number, it turned out to be an April-manufactured car. He said the car was manufactured in April and received by them on 8th May.

Should I cancel the booking, or should I negotiate for a bigger discount instead?
