Magna lip filler in the apocalypse?

I'm rewatching TWD. In the second half of season 10 and just realised that Magna has suddenly got big fish lips. It so noticeable its immersion breaking.

Is there an in universe explanation on how Magna was able to get lip filler in a zombie apocalypse?

It's seems a massive oversight on the directors part that they don't have clauses in their contracts to ban actors having cosmetic surgery done mid season.
