My doctor doesn't want to prescribe pramipexol , what options do I have please ?

helo guys , I have a chronic case of anhedonia , no energy nor drive , motivation , social anxiety & low confidence , I am already taking Clomipramine & Depakote & Tianeptine for major depression , pure O and chronic stress & anxiety .

My doctor refuses to give me pramipexol even tho I struggle deeply with avoliation , aparhy , social anhedonia , no motivation nor drive and adhd ...

He tried me on low dose Amisulpride wich unfortunately didn't work at all , now he wants to add wellbutrin to the low dose Amisulpride sayin they synergies well .. and Tianeptine should help repair dopamine circuits ( Stablon increases bdnf hugely ).

Any insights please guys ? I just want to get myself back ...

Also piribedil is not available at all , I tried DLPA but it worked for 1 week maybe it was good especially with Tianeptine.
