UPSC

Just one thing is disturbing me as a serious 4th attempter aspirant, why UPSC is not taking the responsibility of such random things? Why the serious hardworking fellows have to suffer with the 90% no serious aspirants!!?? What was their fault? It is really disheartening! I have no regrets that I failed this paper but being in the same position getting social media sympathy with the other non serious fake aspirants is really disturbing me.. It's most painful like anything...
