Awarded LCWRA but two weeks later called in for in person appt?

Hi! I wasn’t sure if this is standard but I got LWCRA and am yet to get my first payment but it’s confirmed and they cancelled my video call for work search due to this. Out of the blue I’ve now been booked in next week for a in person appt. Is this normal?

I’m currently stuck in hospital and have been since the 13th so I won’t be able to make it but it worries me either way!
