Loyalist DG ideas - 40k

So i finally got around to reading the Dark Imperium series and with how it ends I began to wonder what a "redeemed" death guard might look like on the table top.

General idea is rulewise id still want to run death guard (so "just paint SM in DG colors" only goes so far) codex, but what kind if kit bashing and converting ideas do you all think of first? Especially for Morty himself.
