Job Market in May’2026

Hi folks!

I am applying for the jobs from quite sometime now. I was getting calls in the first 2 weeks of may but from the last 2 weeks I am not really getting calls. I am a business analyst with 4+ years of experience in retail and e-commerce. I wanted to understand if there are people like me who are facing the same issue or just me?
FYI: I have already done all the prerequisites to get calls. Like updating my Naukri.com & LinkedIn profile and made resume ATS friendly too. I want to understand what’s happening beyond that.
If anyone knows anything about the market situation please help me out here.
