Racism in Lodz Poland

There is systematic racism in Poland. I parked my car in a parking place for residents and delivery cars for a few minutes because of heavy rain and I was fine 5000PLN by Straz Miejska Lodz. I went to court and the court ruled me out because I was supposed to have refused signing the fine on the spot so the court can't do anything about.
