The government in Andhra Pradesh has taken down 25 real estate layouts in the Ongole Urban Development Authority area. This is because the people in charge are trying to stop plotting and land-use violations.

Some people who know about the industry think that if the rules are enforced strictly it will be easier to see what is going on there will be illegal land development and people will feel more confident when they buy a house.

The problem of layouts and land-use violations is big in many areas. This is because many people who buy houses in these areas face a lot of problems on. They have to deal with issues they do not have enough infrastructure they have problems getting approvals and they have trouble getting basic services like water and electricity.

At the time some experts think that it is also important to have a faster system for approving projects and to have better digital records of land ownership. This will help reduce development in cities that are growing fast.

Do you think that just having rules will solve the problem of illegal real estate development, in India?. Do you think that the system also needs to be changed in a big way to make it easier to approve projects and manage land?
