Humming noise during acceleration

Has anyone experienced a humming sound during acceleration? Specifically after filling the tank. It disappears when there is less fuel, but comes back when i fill it up. The only thing i can think of is that there is something wrong with the diesel pump, but i’m not sure.
Does anyone have any idea about what it could be?
