Buying AI Prompts for building my brand was the dumbest investment I ever made

I’ve probably spent over $500 buying “premium AI prompts” from different online gurus because I thought they’d help me grow my personal brand faster.

Big mistake.

Most of them were just slightly rewritten ChatGPT instructions packaged like some secret weapon. The funny part?

A lot of the same people who sold those prompts last year are now posting stuff like:

“AI content is dead.”
“Human writing wins.”
“Authenticity beats AI.”

I mean bro 😭 YOU sold me the prompts.

I genuinely believed there was some hidden formula I was missing, but honestly, the more I used those prompts, the more my content started sounding robotic and generic.

Now I feel like I wasted money chasing shortcuts instead of actually learning how to communicate better.

Anyone else regret buying AI prompt packs/courses/tools?
