Freezing problem..

Hello! I need help because this has been happening for weeks. Literal weeks and it's really annoying. Alright so, my laptop's drivers are fine, they are verified, all of them updated, same thing for my cpu and disk , my storage. So it's all fine, BUT this happens always, EVERY TIME I load an exe. Probably windows excel or chrome. My Laptop freezes, the same thing for Windows. You know the app bar on the bottom of windows 11 where there's the volume, and windows icon? Yeah! It also freezes. Maybe it has something to do with the GPU because everytime it does it a beep goes on, it's the same beat when you click reset your graphics card. I really need help because I'm really really cooked if my laptop does this again...
