Someone hacked my instagram account help needed

Someone hacked into my insta account I tried to recover it by saying that it was hacked they helped me by allowing me to do the two friend recognition, but then it all disappeared and rn they blocked my profile and the only way I can recover it is by an email I don’t have access any more. There must be a way I can recover I’m desperate.
