I've been working on this game for a while now, but looking for some feedback on how these two layouts compare. I think I've done a rather good job of arranging both mobile and desktop layouts to be fairly readable, but "destroy my game" as they say. I'll provide some context about the gameplay below to help the community understand what I'm asking.

The things I'm looking to pick apart:
- consistency
- readability
- typography
- card styles (the mobile mini versions vs mid-size versions)

---

As for a short explanation of gameplay, for context:

- You and your opponent plan Actions by playing cards face-down on the Timeline (the middle 5-slot section).
- The "initiative holder" gets to plan first (a coin toss at the start determines this, and order rotates thereafter).
- Once both players have committed their actions, the Timeline executes, one frame at a time.
    - Any cards in a frame are revealed, enacting their effects.
    - If both you and an opponent have a card in the same slot, they "clash", comparing Power (the lightning bolt) stats and dealing the overflow damage to the loser.

This is the core loop, and although there is a lot more, this basic description gets the idea across of how general gameplay works.

Trying to make both Mobile and Desktop layouts look good for my card game - am I succeeding?
