Why is SGA's flopping considered such an unfair advantage?

Throughout various era's of the NBA, we had players that used certain exploits like Wilt with his height, Shaq with his size and athleticism and Curry with his 3s and no NBA fans complained about them like they do with SGA flopping, why is that? What makes SGA's playstyle so hard to counter?
