Ergonomic chair advice feels very different in India

I have been trying to improve my desk setup lately, and one thing I keep noticing is how much ergonomic advice online does not really match the Indian market. People keep recommending chairs and desks that either are not available here, cost way more after import, or have no proper warranty/support if something goes wrong. Even simple things like finding a good chair for long sitting hours becomes confusing because every brand claims to have lumbar support, but it is hard to know what actually helps after a few months of daily use. I do not need a perfect luxury setup. I just want something practical for long work hours that does not make my back and neck feel worse by evening.
