I HATE CORPORATE CULTURE

I know this is so normal but I STILL GET SO FRUSTRATED THAT WHEN ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE PUTTING THE HARD WORK THEN WTF ONLY SENIOR/LEAD POSITIONS GET ALL THE APPRECIATION WHEN THEY ARE NOT EVEN FREAKING INVOLVED IN THE WORK ITSELF ONLY DELEGATING

In slack, in front of everyone, you can atleast just bother to tag "well done Lead and team" no. It will make them lower. They will just say all the good things about the lead who has done nothing except delegating the work and getting all the appreciation from the client that he she is so impressed by the work. Fucking hate it. I wish I can just do something of my own and not have to be a fucking slave for some else
