Want to learn gameplay and Start from basics

Guys I have been playing this game for 2 years but I don't even know how to play. All i do is through spam and run and even started using smarty assist since it came out.I want to develop my skills so I can enjoy the game. Now all I do is play match days and collect coins.I can't enjoy at all

So plz help me how to start and how I can be a better player. For this purpose I m even starting from a new account (with Ankara Messi/Yamal/Hazard and rest standard cards) so I can develop easily

1-Which control to use(Touch and flick or classic)(currently I m using touch and flick)

2-How to be a better dribbler(I don't dribble at all.Just run through spaces if a defender comes in front of me I lose the ball)

3-How to defend(Now I only do matchups, No pressure)

4-How to play passes to break the defence(Currently I don't have any idea all I do is through and pray)

Please guys help me be a good player and enjoy this game
