112 in Adv + 97.69%ile in mains (gen) drop decision?

First of all i studied in a really bad institute with really bad chem faculty so don't have good grasp on chem especially OC and IOC plus never studied coordinate and didn't do AC ,EMI and got genuinely stuck b/w advance so couldn't complete. Math is my strongest suite. Should i consider dropping and studying hard? or take some mid instititute.
