Missed Deadline for Early Summer Move-in

Yall I've been checking all the housing deadlines for summer and basically all of them were in June. The deadline to request late stay isn't until the first, but for some reason the deadline for early move in was last Friday??? And I can't get approved for late stay if I don't have early move in. Literally what do I do, I was certain I had more time. I haven't been able to get my family financials in order to make these requests until now.
