International funded scholarships!

Hello! I'm currently entering my second to last year of high school and I wanted to start looking for possible international scholarships for any universities/colleges. This might seem a bit early, but my only options as of the moment for higher education after SHS are those within Albay and the Philippines.

I'm planning to take psychology as my pre-med course (still open to other pre-medicine courses), but as much as I want to pursue education outside of the country, my family cannot shoulder the costs of it if I do not have a scholarship that helps us.
