Stack Names Are Lost

Since version 8, stack names keep getting lost every time the browser is closed. In the next session, all names have disappeared.

Additionally, some stack tabs appear randomly outside of stacks, creating a huge mess.

And this is with the most recent version (v8.0.4033.34), when it was supposedly already fixed for stack names.
