Fake Tinder & Harassment

Location: North Carolina

So there are 2 fake tinders going around of me. They are identical, but one has 4 pictures and another only has 2. I didn’t create these. The pictures that were uploaded were taken off of my Facebook (at the time it was public and last night I made everything private - past posts too).

I have a feeling it’s my ex (from 5 years ago). Why? Bc yesterday I posted to my story and this new profile I’m not friends with viewed my story. So their page is nothing but stuff he posts about.

So I do some digging and I was posted in a “Are We Dating The Same Girl” and screenshots from the Tinder were posted with “we hooked up but I looked on here and she has a man”. Again, not true. That fake profile just joined that group and the post was from 2 days ago…ironic.

What can I legally do, if anything, to get proof or start charges bc this is way beyond harassment.
