Trying to appeal a discord ban

Hello everyone, I got banned from the No Hesi discord 2 years ago for “making people uncomfortable in general chat”. I had appealed to support 2 years ago, and they had never responded. Now, I recently emailed support again, and now they’re saying they won’t be unbanning me. I still have no idea what I said, especially with how long its been. Anyone have any clue how I can get unbanned?
