Tags(#) in android app ,where?

Hello everyone. I fled here out of sheer frustration because I can't find an option to manage tags (#) in my RainDrop Android app. The RainDrop manuals mention all sorts of things about a tag/filter manager menu, but I can't find it in my app. I was already planning to install the RainDrop extension for Android Chrome, but.....sigh. Who can help me with this?
