Jinggoy's plunder and graft charges at Sandiganbayan have been raffled off. The moment of truth has come.

LawPH

The 2nd division will handle the graft charges while the 5th division will hear the plunder charges. If the malversation/graft charges did not include falsification of public documents, and there appears to be none, it would be a bailable offense. However, plunder is non-bailable.

So the question is, if you are Jinggoy will you still post bail for the graft charges knowing fully well that you will not get out anyway because of the plunder charges? Jinggoy would probably not mind posting bail because it's not his money anyways.
