ChatGPT thread timeout issue

I have a ChatGPT thread where I have pasted a lot of documents and long texts, refined my criteria over months with multiple prompts, documents, texts etc. When I try to open the thread it shows a 'request timeout' issue. Showed the issue yesterday but after a few hours, somehow the thread loaded up. All my criteria and data is in that thread and I really need it to work. Does anyone have a solution for this please or experienced something similar that you have fixed? Have already cleared caches, tried from my phone as well but even in my phone that thread isn't opening up. The other threads that have no documents, few texts seem to work.
