Scotland - boundary survey. Please help.

I want to get a survey done of the boundary of mine and my neighbours terraced house in Scotland. They have had work done that has changed the front of our property. I have contacted multiple firms and RICS and I cannot find a surveyor who can do this around Glasgow area. One company does have someone but said they weren't taking any boundary disputes on at the moment.

I have questions about the wording of the deeds and if this will affect the value of our property and I am willing to pay for this so we have something to work from.

Can anyone help?!
