First time peptides (BPC/TB blend + GHK-Cu + Tesa)

Hey everyone,
I’m 80kg now and my goal is to reach 85-90kg with lean, aesthetic muscle — visible definition, good shape, not just bigger with extra fat. I used to be 94kg, dropped down, and have been consistently training for 7 months as a beginner. I can already bench 140kg, do RDLs, and hit basically all the main lifts. I’m progressing well but want better recovery and help staying lean while adding size.
This is my first time ever using peptides or doing injections. I have:
One 10ml vial with BPC-157 + TB-500 already blended together

Separate GHK-Cu vial

Separate Tesamorelin (Tesa) vial

I’m running a lower frequency protocol to start.
My current rough plan:
Mixed BPC+TB vial: 0.5ml (50 units) 3–4 times per week (Mon/Wed/Fri + optional Sunday)
GHK-Cu: 1mg on the same 3–4 days
Tesamorelin: 1mg every evening (or 5 days on / 2 off)
All separate subQ injections (belly or thigh), everything refrigerated.
Questions for experienced users:
Does this dosing look reasonable and safe for a first-timer at 80kg with my training background?

How long should the 10ml blend vial realistically last at 3–4x weekly 0.5ml doses?

Is 1mg daily Tesa too high, too low, or okay for leaning out while doing a clean bulk?

Beginner tips on reconstituting, injecting technique, storage, and what sides or bloodwork I should watch for?

Any better protocol tweaks for faster recovery + fat control while adding 5-10kg of muscle?

I plan to get bloodwork and talk to a doctor first. Any real-user experiences with similar stacks for recomp/lean gains would be awesome. Thanks!

This keeps it confident and straightforward. Ready to copy-paste. Let me know if you want any other tweaks!
