Revision surgeons able to rotate nose upwards?

I lost my upturn because my primary surgeon gave me a downturned nose without even telling me he would do that. I hear Turkey is fairly good at doing barbie noses. I'm not fussed barbie or natural, I just want my natural upturned tip back after this awful strut was placed locking my nose downwards. Does anyone know any good revision surgeons to make a downturned nose upturned?
