Sourcing a PS5 SimRig in Pak (New or Used)?

Hey everyone, looking for advice or potentially buying used gear from anyone running a sim rig locally on PS5. I've put hundreds of hours into GT Sport and GT7 using a controller, and I'm looking to make the jump to a Direct Drive (DD) setup.

​My budget is tight, so I'm trying to plan this out smartly. I am open to both new options and buying slightly used setups in good condition.

My end goal is:

​Wheel/Pedals (Looking at the Fanatec GT DD Pro(too expensive)or PXN V12 Lite for native PS5 support, or Moza with an adapter if pricing makes sense).

​Seat/Rig (Planning to buy from Skytech).

​PSVR2 down the line (Already have a Quest but keeping it for PC work, going full PSVR2 for GT7).

​Has anyone managed to source a Fanatec GT DD Pro at a reasonable price locally, or is anyone looking to sell their used PS5 DD base?

​Is anyone running the PXN V12 Lite on PS5? How is the force feedback on GT7?

​If you went the Moza route, what adapter are you using (DriveHub/Ras1ution) and where did you buy it locally?
