Any advice for really short guys with height dysphoria

I’m 4’11 and I’m really lucky that I’m Asian since many people take that in account on why I’m short. But I’m definitely done growing because I’m in my 20s. I just feel really uncomfortable/dysphoric when I’m around cis men because generally they tower over me. I’m thinking about shoe inserts, because leg surgery is a no go, to help but I feel like that wouldn’t make much of a difference because then I’ll be like 5’2 which is still pretty short. I also don’t like the feeling of like femininity I get associated with by being short.
