OCE ranked queues at lower elo is an absolutely cinema/problematic and there is no way to solve this.

games are super one sided being caused due to many people being over-inflated in their elos. a quick reflection on their match history - they are not supposed to be there but somehow managed to be there due to lack of games played / still in placement. as a result, the quality of games has been terrible. either hard stomp or get stomped. the number of games where I feel that I changed the course of outcome is probably around 20%. for someone two tiers above, I feel like that is tremendously low.

I am 2 tiers above with 70% wr on my main and yet i cannot climb out of gold on my alternate account. players are either refusing to place their roles by troll picking or they will die around 2-4 minutes mark and give up by non-stop running it down. this happens more often than not and they are not banned.

I really dont mind losing as it is part of the game; however, the culture and league not stepping in to fix this is problematic.
