A weird question but does anyone have any idea why Rafe Valesco would shave his eyebrows?

In the Olympian Affair he is described as sporting a beard (OK, whatever, nothing unusual), shaved head (OK, some fighters do it, nothing unusual either) and... shaved eyebrows...?

Why the fuck would he do that?
