Filing- is it too soon to get my hopes up? Question for people who have amicably split.

STBX and I agree on everything. We're going through the paperwork, and he agrees that I should have the house and sole custody with full visitation rights for him. We're planning on him moving next door, so our daughter can still have full access to him 24/7. We will have our separate lives, but our daughter will still have both of us close by to support her.

I'm beyond relieved at how smoothly it's going. Our relationship just didn't work, it never did. My hope is that once we finally get to court, the judge will see us in full agreement over our terms, and pass it without prolonging it.

Is this a foolish expectation? Or will it go as smoothly as I hope for?
