Help required!

I’m pretty newish to Pokopia, although i’m 100+ hours in i’ve realised seeing other posts etc that I don’t know what i’m doing 😂 i have all the abilities but still don’t know the best way to achieve getting new recipes and how to build probably or get new pokémon that are sensed or unknown, any advice would really help me please x
