Birth control recs?

I’m 21 and have adenomyosis. I was diagnosed at 19 and haven’t been able to find a form of birth control that doesn’t cause severe bleeding and pain. Before my diagnosis, I tried Ethynodiol and the Nexplanon implant. Since then, I’ve also tried Vienva and Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol. They were all doctor recommended, but each doctor gives a totally different opinion that is totally contradictory over the last.

The Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol I am currently on helps with my acne, but the withdrawal bleeds feel just as terrible as being off birth control entirely. Because of my age, my treatment options outside of birth control feel pretty limited. Currently the only thing that helps with my pain is ginger tea. I would love to hear your opinions and advice, tysm :p
