Kharghar hills Dry or Green?

I have been planning to visit with a group just wanted to know whether it will be green or dry I would like to see some greenery and If Lucky then waterfalls too but it's probably not possible right now Since monsoon hasn't started yet I want to visit asap but what dates should I plan
